What: Conversion of existing Nike Melbourne Central store to a new retail space for the upcoming Melbourne Marathon - a hub for runners to engage with the event, customise race gear and seek information. Project Management from design stage through to execution, including management of subcontractors and third party production companies.
*Due to Covid-19 lockdowns, the store operated as an online-only retail experience for a period of time.
