What: A 3-day festival with 50+ hours of performances, 19 food vendors, 37 stall holders and 40,000 attendees. A showcase of African culture living and breathing at Fed Square, with free public activities and performances. Event coordination and management of contractors (AV, Security, Cleaning, Venue team, Marquee, Electricians, Water, Staging, First Aid), worked with client to develop event plans (timings, site map, bump in/out), stakeholder management and community engagement (Fed Square tenancies, state services, neighbours) & briefing of wider Fed Square team.
